As part of our on-going investment program, Regency Glass have bought a new Bottero 2.5m automatic seaming machine. This machine prepares the glass prior to entering the toughening process. In addition to the new robot, we also installed a new 6 Brush Glass Washer and spacer bar alignment conveyor. This new kit brings line one completely up to date. Investment in our sealed unit machinery has included an upgrade to our 'Line One' production facility. The new automatic sealing robot is faster than our old machine and is also capable of sealing triple glazed units in one pass. This will assist us in this growth area and able greater production volumes down our main line.
