Our recent move into a 420,000 sq. ft manufacturing facility in Warrington marked a significant milestone for the business. Designed to achieve a BREEAM Excellent rating, the facility provides a foundation for more efficient manufacturing while supporting our wider environmental objectives.
Across the site, sustainability initiatives include solar energy generation, the use of 100% renewable electricity, free EV charging for employees, encouragement of car-sharing schemes, water recycling processes and the recycling of 100% of glass cullet generated during production.
These measures form part of a wider commitment to reducing our environmental impact while continuing to deliver the quality, service and reliability our customers expect.
Product innovation also plays a key role. Solutions such as Regency Triple® featuring Corning® Enlighten™ Glass help improve thermal performance while utilising lighter-weight glass, contributing to efficiencies throughout the supply chain.
Alongside operational improvements, Regency Glass is implementing a comprehensive Carbon Reduction Plan covering Scope 1, 2 and 3 emissions, supported by detailed ESG reporting to help measure progress and identify future opportunities.
