Regency Glass Confirms Expansion with Two New Facilities at Indurent Trident Business Park, Warrington
Regency Glass, an IGU manufacturer based in Leigh, Greater Manchester, since 1983, is proud to announce a major expansion of its operations with the opening of two new units at Indurent Trident Business Park, Warrington. This strategic move underlines Regency Glass’s commitment to further innovation, sustainability, and continued industry advancement.
The expansion includes Unit T80, which will become Europe’s first purpose-built ultra-thin Triple Glazed Unit (TGU) manufacturing facility, and Unit T45, which will serve as a centralised distribution hub for the entire Regency Glass operation. The new distribution facility will support increased scalability and operational efficiencies to meet rising market demand across the UK.
Bradley Beazant, Chief Development Officer at Regency Glass, commented on the significance of the development: “We are incredibly proud to continue our expansion and wider business development. We believe the growth of our business, coupled with the recent announcement of our ultra-thin triple glazing advancements, makes it clear that we are committed to servicing the needs of our customers and the industry. Indurent, our new landlord, has a shared desire to bring innovative industries to the UK, and Regency Glass are excited for this partnership moving forward.”
A Technological Leap Forward for the Glazing Industry
The new 80,000 square foot manufacturing unit (T80) represents a technological leap forward for the glazing industry. Regency Glass is responding to a growing demand for advanced, energy-efficient solutions in both residential and commercial sectors by focusing on ultra-thin triple glazing. The facility will allow for increased production capacity and automation to meet the advancing demands of the UK window market.
The second factory, Unit T45, will streamline Regency's logistics, improve transport capabilities, and enable the business to scale its operations more dynamically. As a dedicated 45,000 square foot distribution centre, it reinforces the company’s commitment to excellent customer service and on-time delivery and builds a future-proof infrastructure for Regency Glass.
The expansion at Indurent Trident Business Park involves two new-build units brought to the market by landlord Indurent, a leading developer, owner, and operator of industrial and logistics space across the UK, who has played a key role in supporting Regency’s vision.
BREEAM Excellent Qualification
The decision to open the two new spaces at Indurent Trident Business Park was heavily influenced by the site’s strategic location near key motorway links, its modern facilities, and its alignment with Regency’s sustainability goals. Both units will incorporate energy-efficient systems and environmentally responsible practices, which are echoed in achieving the BREEAM Excellent qualification.
Darren Beazant, Chief Executive Officer at Regency Glass, comments:
“From humble beginnings in 1983 to where Regency Glass is today, it is a testament to the current and former staff, alongside the many customers who have shared in this journey. The future is filled with innovation, and we are excited to see where it will take us.”
