Regency Glass have acquired land and buildings adjacent to the current factory to develop into a 2nd sealed unit production facility.
The new factory will be fitted out with a new automatic Bystronic sealed unit production line. This will include automatic on line gas filling and robotic sealing.
Additionally there will be a Bottero cutting line, Lisec butyler, Lisec hand sealing station and an automatic desiccant filling machine.
The factory is initially intended to alleviate the production pressure at the main factory. This will enable us to add comfortably around 600 sealed units on one shift to current capacity.
