Regency Glass have acquired land and buildings adjacent to the current factory to develop into a 2nd sealed unit production facility.
The new factory will have a new automatic Bystronic sealed unit production line. This will include automatic online gas filling and robotic sealing.
Additionally, there will be a Bottero cutting line, Lisec butyler, Lisec hand sealing station and an automatic desiccant filling machine.
The new factory initially intends to alleviate the main factory's production pressure. This expansion will add 600 sealed units on one shift, significantly increasing our current capacity.
