Regency Glass Ltd Celebrate 25-years in Business

Regency Glass Ltd held a big party to celebrate its silver jubilee on Saturday 21 st June. All staff and their partners were invited for a meal and cabaret evening at the local Rendezvous venue.

The company was founded in 1983 by Harold Beazant who was joined by his two sons Darren and Dean. The Leigh based business was established 25 years ago and remains one of the largest independent glass processors in the UK.

Regency would like to thank its entire staff over the years, past and present, for the effort and help that has made the company successful. Also, thanks to the many suppliers who offered prizes for the charity raffle that was held in aid of the Wigan and Leigh Hospice. £2170.00 was raised, making the evening more successful and continuing the local support that Regency look to give back to the local community.

Tony Coton, ex Man City keeper and ex Man Utd Goalkeeper coach was a special guest bringing with him some raffle items for the charity raffle. The most sought after prize was a signed Cristiano Ronaldo shirt, won by one of the decorative department. One lucky member of the admin staff won an extra paid weeks holiday and will now enjoy three weeks leave at Christmas instead of two!!

The evening was a huge success with the factory buzzing with excitement & asking what we are doing for the 26th anniversary.
