In addition to the new robot, we also installed a new 6 Brush Glass Washer and spacer bar alignment conveyor. This new kit brings line one completely up to date. The combined installation increases our production volumes by allowing the spacer bar to be positioned whilst the next glass is being washed at the same time. The previous set up would stop the washer whilst the spacer bar was being positioned.
