Electronic invoicing

Regency Glass are now in a position to offer electronic invoicing to anyone with a valid e-mail address and broadband connection. Invoices can now be sent via e-mail and then viewed on screen or printed if required at the customers end. They can be stored on optical disc or hard disc which will reduce document storage to a bare minimum saving on much needed space. There are other benefits we have noticed ourselves for example: - searching for documents several months later is incredibly easy when you are searching electronically, as oppose to trawling through boxes of documents in a storage room.

Both systems of paper invoicing and electronic invoicing can be run side by side until you are confident the electronic system works. Regency Glass already has customers on this system and it is proving to be a big success.
